There are SO many ways to process them, and it can be tough sometimes. I've known I was into vore for almost a decade, and it still gives me anxiety and stress sometimes. I'd say take it slow and explore/discuss it with friends you trust! I wouldn't worry too much about outside judgement though; it's very common and those that aren't into it are probablyyyy into something else
