I know "Fire IV" is always a given, but other than THAT, what's Ves' favorite spell to cast??
Speaking from the black mage repertoire (besides the obvious biggies like Despair, Paradox, METEOR, etc)... it would probably be Aetherial Manipulation. The funny thing about Ves is once she gets a feel for someone's aether signature (friend OR enemy), she can zip right to them. No one ever expects the black mage to get up close and personal, and Ves loves catching her opponent off guard. Also, for someone close to Ves like Y'shtola, since her aether is so ingrained to being around her, Ves can zip to her from some pretty far distances, along with some other neat things (untested, very dangerous but could be useful if the situation was dire!)
Outside of the regular black mage fare... honestly one of her favorite spells to cast is one she came up with called (for lack of a better term) leyline land mines. Basically she can create areas where certain spell effects will trigger if something of enough aether density enters them. Ves rarely get's to do anything sneaky like that post-WoL, but casting a spell she came up with, using actual preplanning and incantations? Extremely fun for her!

Does Ves have a specific morning routine?
She does! It can vary a bit but for the most part she goes through the same routine each morning. When Ves wakes up, the first thing she has to do is check is her aether, almost like a meditation activity to her. She will sit quietly and focus, clear her head, and just makes sure nothing is going /too/ awry with her aether, the leyline rune, etc. Keeps everything in balance!
Then she moves onto the more normal morning things. Brushes and straightens her hair, cleans her teeth and fangs, applies the signature blue lipstick and puts her bow back on. She has also recently been using some different oils and brushes to bring back some luster to her scales, after being so preoccupied with some things that she kind of neglected things like that. Also, since more than 9 times out of 10 she is staying with someone so she can actually get some sleep, she will cook up a nice meal for them to wake up to as thanks (Since she always will be the first one awake in most situations).
