Oh where do I begin... I would start with I love the destiny of it all. Aeshma is Strophaia's everything, meant to be all his, only to be taken away by the Messiah. An angel longer than the world itself, yet he loves this mere human(?) that was abandoned by humans. The fact he even has feelings for Aeshma says a lot, everything he did was twisted and horrible, but it was out of LOVE. The contrast in tone Strophaia speaks when with Ichiro vs others is obvious, a kind loving voice only to then speak with such disgust and hate to anyone other than Aeshma. If Shingo never showed up, Aeshma would have been happily with Strophaia forever.

Strophaia was Ichiro's first love, as seen with Solomon's flute not working because of their separation. Even though Ichiro doesn't understand his own emotions, the Flute as an extension of his heart ached at their separation and the memory wipe seems to have been out of his control. (I theorize Shingo had to seal away the Aeshma memories to hold back Ichiro's demonic potential or something.)

With how Ichiro struggles with love and affection, failing to even see Shingo's love for him, I think someone like Strophaia who is so open and physical about his love makes them a good pair. A person of logic and reasoning like Ichiro can't deny Strophaia's desires and intentions are romantic/sexual in nature. (or dopamine secretion in the brain or whatever)

Ichiro in the show never seems /bothered/ by Strophaia touching him and loving on him, yet is annoyed when Gremory does the same. The most aggressive he's ever been with Strophaia was when shooting him, which didn't even work and I don't think was out of hate or anything, just trying to STOP him from killing everyone. I think deep down Ichiro longs for Strophaia's touch, would deny such acts at first but end up hungry for more. It also adds to his desire for knowledge, Strophaia willing to do anything to please his curiosity. The one thing I think Ichiro would never believe true love, considering his doubts on even FRIENDSHIP- What better person to prove him wrong than Strophaia.

All I can hope for is Strophaia's return in season 2, personally hoping for an angle to get some humanity much like Ichiro has slowly learned. I think a lot could be solved by just talking to Strophaia and seeing his side of things. The whole "abandoned by humans and demons" is wrong, considering the Count and Strophaia had Ichiro stolen from them, rather than abandoning. Unless the true story is "Abandoned by humans and demons, raised by Angels after-"

OH OH AND I think Strophaia was trying to get Ichiro to use the nail in the bound women as an act of justice/revenge for her (his mother) abandoning/using him. Destroying her matter and essence from their purgatory realm for what she had done to Ichiro. Everything was out of an act of love.

For season 2, a big theory of mine is that we will see Mephisto III's detective side looking into Ichiro's past. After seeing the events of episode 12 with Ichiro surviving by becoming/is already a demon/hybrid of some kind and all of the events with Strophaia- I think Mephisto would want to know more about his partner. I think it would come back to that cult they mentioned in episode 7, where Ichiro's human parents abandoned him as a sacrifice for cult, only to get taken in by The Count as the reincarnated vessel for Aeshma or some other pure evil.

The main way of the characters finding out these things is with a reincarnated/reborn/weakened Strophaia who is willing to go along with things if it means protecting Aeshma. He would still be a freak and naughty, but weakened due to Solomon's Flute and learning emotions alongside Aeshma/Ichiro. I think the Millennium Kingdom can only truly be obtained if Humans, Demons AND Angels can live together in peace. Strophaia included.

The season 2 big bad would either be The Count or Ichiro himself. It would be really cool if after his heart being ripped out, the Aeshma side of his mind slipping control again. He has a heart, he knows emotions like grief and sadness now- but Aeshma is Wrath, and what happens when he feels wrath...?

So basically I want corrupted Ichiro.
