While art style is made up of A LOT of factors, eyes are a pretty noticable one. You could also try to do lineart differently as well, since it's really simple to use a different brush. However, for things like shading, background, etc it is a lot more time consuming to change those.

Also definitely agree with the separate account tip. Another good piece of advice is to try and minimize the amount of details about yourself that you share on the alt account. Stuff like your face and name (especially if your name is less common) are MAJOR identifiers, but also any really specific details. For example, if you're plural, the names of headmates (especially if those names are REALLY SPECIFIC).
