If irl, you were suddenly 580 lbs, what would be some the first things that you would do?

As appealing as this sounds, I'd be concerned about getting clothes that fit... do I try to order stuff online and hope it even slightly fits, or go to the store wearing a bedsheet? .....after breakfast
