Are there acceptable ways to play Fourth Man Left Outside without leaving anyone outside at the end? What if I invoked host rights / duties and set up the game with a total of 3 people including the visiting spirit or brought extra cards and props so everyone is guaranteed a full hand? I love storytelling and meeting new people but I'm not usually comfortable with sacrificing a person's existence.
