could you explain omegaverse anatomy to me???? please???? i like have no idea especially since congratulations is one of the first omegaverse fics i've ever read. i basically know (almost) nothing abt it :')
So it depends on the omegaverse but for my fic. Alphas have something called a knot which is like a swollen part of the shaft that they can stick in an omega during sexy times to lock them together for a bit. Omegas are just like regular dudes with a self-lubricating butt. As for how mpreg happens, try not to think about it too much. It’s just possible that’s all you really need to know 🙂
