Hello!!! Very excited for this project! I was finishing up my application and I applied for both a page artist and merch artist in the same form but once I get to the "would you like to apply to anything else" page, it just loops me back to filling out my merch artist info and I'm not sure if I choose "no I'm done" it might just erase my merch app info? 😭💦💦💦 So sorry for the trouble, I can also pull up another form to apply as a merch artist like that maybe? 🤔💦

Hello!! So sorry to bother you, I'm interested in applying to your Zine but before I do I just wanted to ask some questions, if you don't mind. 🥺
1. Can our pieces be ship related or do they have to be y/n? I've gone over the FAQ and even through your retrospring and saw nothing related to this - sorry if this is a dumb question! 😭
2. In the writer's application form, would you prefer for our samples to be in Google Documents or links to our AO3 works?? Or would you prefer another platform?

1. Pieces do not have to be ship related or from the JJK fandom at all! Our mod team is very diverse in fandom and so we can understand most pieces contextually regardless of fandom or ship!
2. Samples can be in any format as long as they fall within our guidelines! Google docs, word documents, and AO3 links are all accepted forms of samples!

sorry if this is confusing but i'll try to explain to the best of my ability. is there a max limit cap for fanart and fanfic per character? can you kindly please consider it bc i'm afraid that popular characters would have more creations/pages in the zine while less popular characters don't get enough spotlight. the favoritism/biasedness is already an ongoing issue within the jjk fanbase for years and i feel so disheartened and helpless when i think about it. i hope you guys could make this zine a fair opportunity for the characters involved in this zine and let them shine equally as much as possible. maybe allocate fanart and fanfic slots for the characters and once it's full, participants have to select another character

Thank you so much for asking, we had discussed this as a mod team before contributor applications opened, while there aren't a specific number of slots per character we are doing our best to make sure that each character gets a fair amount of time in the spotlight. From our fanfic, to fanart, and merch we are making sure characters are being spread across all areas equally!

is backgrounds a requirement for the application? i absolutely can do backgrounds, but for my fandom pieces i tend to keep it simple 🤧
can I submit more than 2 works, and is there a limit to how many you would like to see? i’m excited to apply!
Hello!! Within our requirements you must submit at least three pieces and one must have a background. We also have a section where you can submit your portfolio for additional works to be submitted! We hope this helps!

Hi! Do the pieces have to be uploaded to a social media account? I don't upload completed art to my socials frequently. Would google drive be okay?
Nope! No sample media has to be posted, although we expect to see some form of art on any socials just to verify that it is yours.

Unfortunately, our form has been buggy about sending all applicants their recorded responses, however if you want to dm us on our Twitter or send us another ask with your email/Twitter user we can check for you!

Will there be dark content included in the zine?
If contributors choose to create, dark content it will be allowed! Our Mod team is very passionate about the freedom of creativity and anti-censorship, however each piece will be tagged appropriately in the table of contents, along with the page number, so no one is trigger unnecessarily.

Hello! Just a quick question about the word count for writers! Is it okay if one of the samples is a bit over the max word count? (For ex. 4.5k words?) 👉🏻👈🏻
Yep!! We give a max and min as a set of guidelines, however it's acceptable of the submission goes a bit over!
