usually for us aftercare consists of trying to make her regress. I let her cry while telling her how much of a good job she did, shushing her and telling her she's okay, and that she's safe. just kind of showering her with affection and care, telling her there's no shame in how she feels and letting her feel comfortable, especially if she's overwhelmed afterwards
