How did you start working out? Was it hard to keep a routine? I'm trying to keep one, but it's harder than I thought
I tried many times, once in high school, again in college, and a few times after that. It didn’t really stick until I signed up for a half marathon on a whim, and I forced myself to train seriously. Learning how to train like that gave me structure and discipline to work towards weight lifting.
Try signing up and training for a 5k! It forces you to work towards something and then execute, which pure weightlifting lacks.
