Oh that's an insanely good question!!
I think for myself I just want to keep hammering down making more dynamic pieces. A lot of my art to me feels very stiff still, and not as dynamic as I want it to be. My lighting and shading is great, and I'm always learning with that. But my major flaw right now is just creating and thinking of new poses and where to go while also satisfying my want to show off certain parts of the body.
Long story short, Posing. Posing and making my art more dynamic.
