I don't think I'm a suitable person to teach someone considering that I learned just by observing and trying several times. My technical concepts of artistic drawing are poor. I think what I can recommend is either taking a drawing course or, if you can't do that, observing and copying drawings from artists you'd like to learn the way they draw, but doing it your way.

I learn on my own. I usually spend minutes looking at drawings by artists I like to "try to understand" how they draw and I practice at least 30 minutes every day. I still don't know if I've mastered a drawing style, I've been trying for 3 years
