Assuming we're skipping V3 English, which is fair...
Miku V2 = Miku 1st edition
Miku Append = Miku 2nd edition
Miku V3 = Miku 3rd edition
Miku V4x = Miku 4th edition

Especially because nomura was the one who designed the ff7 cast like whenever I see changes to them I wonder if he made them and why and for cait sith it makes me wonder just what the hell was going through his head that he felt it crucial to give this random furry cat bigger thighs than the old poly count would allow for like-

I mean, theoretically, any changes made to the characters would have to go through him for approval, so either he's the one doing it, or someone else at SQEX is doing it and he's approving it.
