I have BPD, do you have any tips for people who have this condition too? sorry if this seems too personal
• Do not go against your feelings, you're not overreacting; understand where it comes from and why;
• If your mood changes over someone's voice tone and similar, ask them immediately if they are angry at you; reassure yourself that they still want to be close. If they can't handle this (saying you're paranoid, overreacting, etc) please drop them;
• Once you feel overwhelmed by your emotions, do something that brings you a lot of comfort;
• Vent the rage you have inside, find some healthy ways to do it (doing scribbles, cutting paper, etc)
