Decently so, though nothing too outlandish. At his peak canonically he can hold his own to maybe someone akin to Hien or Yugiri's level? Though even then I'm not positive. Originally he wasn't even going to be that strong, but things happened and he kinda ended up getting buffed over the course of a group storyline.
