If a psycho killer said he would kill one innocent person every minute until you allowed him to saw your arm off, how many people would he have to kill before you agreed? And would it make any difference if everybody knew about your decision?

It would depend who he killed/was killing. I don't even know if I could do that, myself.

Of course it would make a difference if people knew.
