Lately I feel like official positions would actually be beneficial to the group because I’ve seen some people downplaying members’ talents because “they’re all the same”

I’ve thought about that too, like all the members are extremely talented and all rounders, but they each have different levels to their abilities(talents I guess) y’know? I kinda like that they don’t have off positions cause the members get to showcase their abilities in each category.
