The thing about the Arcane but yaoi question was more about what western animated shows are out there where the mlm are more then just background characters. Like maybe you can count Captain Laserhawk and Voltron but there really aren't any options besides hoping there might be some anime out there with yaoi made for men like Go for It, Nakamura and not yaoi as a fetish and a marketing ploy for women like Yuri on Ice, Promare and all those Chinese animated dramas.

Do you think Senka needed more time to show off as a character in Season 2? I felt she was the Destined One who got to be a character the least. Also tysm for having Nao x Senka art. I find CFV art is hard enough to find, finding art for ships is even harder. Love all your artwork.

Now that I finished S2, yeah Nao is almost a non-character this season. I like the flashback and all but the Syblit design, Vargra itself,,, the advertising.
My only thing I could add is that if she wasn't possessed Nao wouldn't have gotten content anyway, considering how half this season is fight with 1 minute of plot at the beggining and the end of the episode

Just wanted to say that it’s nice to see someone else who shares my feelings about Nao. I was initially looking forward to her character and thought she was going to be a female Kai Toshiki (a strong rival), but became disappointed when her portrayal became more misogynistic as the series went on. She lost to Akina when it mattered, needed his support to beat Mondo, and gets damseled at the end of S2. If you could, how would you change Nao’s story? And if she had to exist, how would you justify evil Nao?

There's a running joke between my friends that the reason why Bushiroad was milking Sybilt Nao so much was because they needed the funds to afford Michiru's VA again, since the reason Michiru was in a coma in wD S3 was because Daisuke Sakuma was too expensive and they couldn't afford him for another season, so they had to write his character out.
