You guys realize that being an anti is not about "defending fictional characters", it's about defending the people irl who are affected and triggered by it. You know that right??
being an anti is literally defined as being against problematic fiction and believing that there should be limits to what kind of fiction you can create, and if someone makes something you dont believe should exist then u harass them for it. thats an anti, antis half of the time dont even fucking care about real life people and will tell victims of SA or the like that they deserved what happened to them simply because they consume fiction that isnt blessed by the pope - 👄

rn I think genshin is definitely the most toxic fandom and the quickest to get THAT toxic, but bnha is/was up there... omori idk much about but it surprises me every time there are antis there because of the contents of the game
personally I think the Voltron fandom is rlly rlly high up there but genshin is most likely worse

For the fandoms thing, the Jojo fandom was so shit during the part 5 airing, a couple of artists ended in hospitals, some were doxxed and plenty were forced to delete their accounts and not post anything for months or ever since, I'm forgetting a lot for sure, there was a lot.
glad I was never in that fandom 😭😭😭
