lowkey he seems like the kind of kid who just... enjoys eating his dinner off the floor like a dog. (i think there was a bit with the brother insisting on doing that in the book Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing and thats what im imagining.) i hc his parents as kind of absent so i can see him trawling the early internet and finding weird fetish sites where other people also pretend to be dogs, and what starts out as a fun game to him sort of becomes an obsessive kink where he likes scrambling around on all fours and barking and doing tricks. luckily most of his friends like watching him do it, too. 😏
