so im not like an expert on this, i struggle with it as well. an important thing to remember is that most art pieces dont need to be finished. drawing something tiny and crappy is better than drawing nothing at all. draw a cat. it doesnt have to be a good one. make mistakes, make things that are inconsequential. practice even if you don't need it. combine two animals together. eventually you'll feel ready to make something big again and you'll have all sorts of little things that paved the way.
