It's no tone tag users in general, it's people who don't know when to stop. I have nothing against under at least 3 tone tags in a sentence, then it becomes convoluted, and it doesn't annoy me as much as it confuses me. I'd assume my basic DNI crit. includes people like that also? My basic DNI is overall bad people, the part in brackets after it is just examples, not the full list.
