The As’er blade is the weapon of my OC Caesara. It’s an infamous blade, known for cutting down a Mother Goddess in a dispute between Mother and Daughter. Stained with the blood of the goddess, the blade became cursed, and so too did its wielders.

The curse cuts the user’s life. One full moon, and then you’re gone— unless, you choose to take the life of another. The more lives you take, the more moons may pass. Theoretically, a wielder of the As’er blade could live forever, as has Caesara, a 300-or-so-old witch. However, you must carry the guilt, the bloodlust, the lack of humanity. For its sharpness and its strength, you must trade everything. Or, you accept the punishment, and die.

Caesara is a veteran of a long war. She holds many grudges and has seen many atrocities. But she holds onto her humanity still. She is, in a sense, an anomaly.
