i did one of those lore posts and now im thinking about my groomer again and its taking everything in me not to message him and i wanted to vent to bf but hes feeling antisocial and i feel gross for so many other small reasons

write down what you'd say to them on a paper and burn it, hopefully that will help- also feel free to DM me about this if you feel comfortable, I'm always open to them. you are NOT gross, you deserve kindness and empathy. sending hugs :(
