speaking of him being brand obsessed (even back when he wasn't using it to convince people he's definitely not in debt) there's a cbx live from 2018 where chen is wearing a burberry coat and baekhyun flat out goes on a tangent about it like "jongdae.. burberry man! ah, i envy you, jongdae...." and soon enough there goes lsm bagging him a burberry deal. it's hysterical. then, at the peak of lucas' scandal you had someone divulging information that lucas was supposedly dogging on burberry bc he was fuming that baekhyun got the ambassadorship whereas he was a mere model. granted, that could have easily come from cbbhls, but it's so specific and in line with baekhyun's fragile ego and malicious projections he could have easily conceptualized it himself. bc WHO would be preoccupied with painting lucas as being jealous of baekhyun over brands with so much bigger fish to fry? surely not the general female population of china?
my point, i guess, being that even men who are more than happy to be his lackeys are not spared his malice because even they can trigger his deep-seated insecurities by being taller, more popular or better singers. there's a cbx car karaoke live where baekhyun is failing miserably to hit a note chen is belting successfully and guess what! cx have been publicly simping for a coin karaoke content with him since their rookie cbx days and what does he do the moment they are regrouped and in a position to deliver on that content? he takes that shit for himself! this bastard would snake a victorian child with an onset of consumption for being more petite.
with xiumin, he doesn't have to try bc this invertebrate has already internalized everything he'd ever bully him over. saying things like "the only thing i have going for me over you is age" "chen and i are mediocre people after all", "why does this feel like a humiliation ritual?" when they gave him a crown and "temporary leader" sash etc. all in official schedules mind you. like ohhhh... you actually hate yourself. had some nerve going around saying he wanted to alleviate suho's burden as his hyung while insisting in 4k he'd rather be cbx's manager than be thought of as a leader in any capacity. like can you believe this fucking specimen is now emboldened enough to scribble "We are one! 싸우자! 이기자!" on his sg after backstabbing suho thinking he ate.

i wasn't aware of your page until recently and must commend you for your exquisite pattern recognition, exceptionally cheeky humor and tbh just general understanding of people and the world. thank you making me feel less alone. i have no idea what to do with all the information i've been sitting on (i think i will gradually speak up, just feel like i owe it to my bias to fight for the truth as corny as it sounds and as little as he would want that for me snsns) so i'm so happy to see you have a whole community gravitating organically towards you because you have spot on insights and the writing chops to communicate them. queencard!

Baekhyun has always given me major “middle-class boy but wants to be a rich” vibes. You can tell he has some serious issues with jealousy, especially pertaining to money. He’s the one that fueled the Suho silverspoon narrative. He acts in a way that people who are lower income would never act. His level of pocket-watching is so severe. Another example of his jealousy pertaining to money was when he made comments on the Mmmh MV budget while reacting to it with Kai… He is so incredibly tactless.
I think we’ve all come to terms with XC being happy playing second fiddle to Baekhyun for the rest of their careers. There was a huge leap in budget and effort for Baekhyun’s comeback compared to Chen’s, and that effort is suddenly no where to be found now that it’s Xiumin’s turn to have a comeback. We need to just accept that these men have shown us their true colors. They’re more than willing to backstab the exos (your examples for Xiumin were so spot on) for their own personal gain. They’re no longer unwilling participants in this game of tug of war, and frankly, they never were.
I also can’t help but notice how CBX seemingly has the time and the means to promote as a group, or at the very least, make content together, but there’s…. nothing. Baekhyun flew to Switzerland to record a cover, but I don’t see any of these supposed CBX fans demanding that the company focus on group activities the way they demand it from SM… is that not crazy to you guys? I get that all CBX fans are just Baekhyun fans in sheep’s clothing, but how come exols who looove to call anything under the sun for mistreatment are turning a blind eye to this? Just know, had this all happened under SM, you guys would’ve had your panties in a bunch. INB is infallible after all.
