Is there a reason to continue living in a hostile world?

i guess the first thing is, if you (or anyone reading this) struggling with stuff, i am happy to try and do what i can to help, you need only reach out :purple_heart:

to answer the question more thoroughly:
tldr: yes, likely several, it just might feel unbalanced

while i don't really think there's a built in reason to continue living in any form of world, i do think that if you have any goal/desire/similar, then that's reason enough. be that more vague things like, a discomfort with the idea of non-experience, a desire for connection, wanting to experience more, the joy of creation. or more readily tangible things, enjoying various bodily processes, wanting to take care of your loved ones/pets, just really deeply feeling the environment around you (especially walks in nature, touching the trees, and getting lost in the experience), cuddles, petting the pet, watching the stars, etc

to talk on hostility a bit, i don't think it significantly changes anything wrt to reasons, but it would of course change what's experienced, and how a "balance" might be perceived. and i think i can concede that some entities likely experience such hostility that non-existence is preferable and could truly be "accepted" as "what's best", but i also think that majority who feel that way have a clouded vision where they can't read the "scales" correctly. and an extra reason that can be added in the context of a hostile world, is perhaps you have the desire to try and make it less so

i think that's loosely my thoughts on the matter at the moment, i'm not sure how clear any of that was lol
