i honestly don't know what else. all i care for is living a debtfree life. you could give me a monthly budget and i'd be fucking delighted.

maybe i'd fuck with the market a little bit and buy up properties from landlords and sell them to regular ass people looking for a house for their family. i'd vet candidates too. i'd try to break even on those sales or dip slightly below. it's a billion dollars, it literally wouldn't matter if i lost money on those sales.
