i think heather's have remained mostly unchanged, but a few of mine have undergone some growing pains over the years.

jentha was just called JITTERS for a long time and we were never supposed to learn her real name. that was scrapped because it sucks to name a character after their stutter and nothing else. murrit does call her this in act 2 as a secret little reference to it, though.

occeus went through the most revisions. his original name from the ye olde vast error beta was CALINE DEKROM. which had no meaning to it beyond sounding cool. i changed his surname again a couple years later, but to something so unmemorable i couldn't relay it to you even if i wanted to. eventually we decided that having two characters starting with "cal" was a weak play, and i wasn't happy with the direction of his character anyway. and thus, occeus coliad was properly formed into the hunk you know today.

albion also had a different last name that i don't remember, and serpaz didn't have a last name for a long time before we decided on her sigil.
