What's your usual work out routine?
ermm nothing too crazy.....i just alternate upper/lower body and i just copy my routine from like tktk or yt LOL. my schedule is overall leg day->back/biceps->glutes->chest/shoulders->rest->saturday i do my barbell squats and bench presses bc those always get taken up during the weekdays and tbh i neglect core so much so i try to do like one (1) exercise at the end T_T....then sunday rest. also, i have a sedentary job so i try to walk at least 30 minutes during my breaks and lately i've been trying to jog at least a mile after lifting :'3
