An exercise you at first hated but it grew on you? For me it's a toss up with push-ups or the pull up bar. but the more my arms gained muscle/endurance the more I was like "eh, it helped why not keep doing it?"

ummuu i used to really hate doing upper body but now i really like it.....and specifically i did not like doing seated rows so i avoided doing them for a while but now that i tried it again i like it now lol. same with bench press i avoided doing it for months (also cuz i was scared) but now i love doing them i wish i started doing them earlier 😭
