But remember that even a bit of studying at a time is better than none, and in the long run you'll feel better for having done some than none at all! plus studying makes future work easier, if even just a bit, so it's a little gift to yourself! studies are also temporary, it won't be forever, so if it helps you can also think of it like that: "I only have to finish this much more, and soon it'll be done!"
