why does sukuna keep his fam away from megumi?

My idea was that whatever Sukuna treasures, he wants to keep private. He isn't doing it on purpose, but he's very protective and obsessive about Megumi which ends up in a weird mix of keeping him to himself/wanting to show him off :3

It was... (whispers) Homestuck... 🥹It was poorly drawn digital art that I yeeted onto Deviantart back in 2011-2012. Fell out of the fandom, did nothing whatsoever, then Adam Sk8boards beamed into my brain and got the fandom brain going again.

just read your pokemon fic! I love the way you wrote the dialogue, and the way you characterized their friendship! all around super fun and entertaining...convinced raihan and leon would make the most hilarious friends with benefits

hello! wanted to preface by saying how absolutely wonderful your writing style is. from the naughty ones to the retrospective style ones there’s a sort of rhythm that i can’t help but look away, makes me want to follow it. and your characterisation is just. gorgeous. i come from “cherry waves” (right after reading “come on, come over” which is a proper whiplash but i’m definitely not complaining).

the way you describe haru’s grief in the form of loneliness (so calm that it feels crippling) resonates with me deeply. not so much the grief but the loneliness. i’ve been feeling horribly lonely and hurt that sometimes i want to yknow yknow. ironically it feels like watching haru in an odd POV where i am spirit makoto and i’m watching my loved ones grieve. the reality is that i’m not even sure if anyone loves me as deeply to grieve in the extremely raw way haru does for makoto. this piece of writing… brings up a lot of emotions for me. good and bad. i love when a piece of media decides to upend my beliefs and truths. many kudos to you. keep doing what you love and keep your head up. you are special. thank you.

p.s you don’t have to respond if you don’t know how! just wanted to let you know that your works are phenomenal.

What I jokingly put as "my cancer brain overruling" in the notes of cherry waves is really just me being big on feelings like loneliness, melancholy, nostalgia... I write Haru's feels the way I do because a lot of the time he serves as a good outlet for me personally. Not that I am grieving at this moment, but loneliness feels a lot like that for me, too. Quiet and calm.

My stuff being able to bring out emotion is a huge compliment, so I want to say both thank you (a lot!) and I’m sorry you’re hurting.
