the Two Quarters and a Heart band is in the states for an eight week stint to learn from and record with some top pop punk producers at their companies american branch! namjoon is there too as he signed on as a temporary contractor with the company to remain their manager while they did a trial run to see if they could make a coverband into their own unique group.

hobi and jimin have taken to the dance lessons like they were born to move, which makes sense as jimin is classically trained and hobi has loved freestyle street dancing his whole life.

taehyung is romanticizing the hell out of los angeles and not even the trash on the street can deter his starry eyes as he photographs everything, using all of his limited free time to go be as touristy as possible. hobi will join him and they spend hours taking hundreds of photos with the most mundane backgrounds - a gas station, a grimy graffiti wall, the in n out down the street. jimin teases them and also demands they spend more time practicing as they have a lot to prove! taehyung shoves french fries in his mouth and kisses him sweetly on the forehead to shut him up.

the band is all staying in one apartment which is fine, they all basically live together anyway, but jeongguk is starting to get a little frustrated! see. he has a boyfriend now. a very sweet and fun and adoring and HOT boyfriend and the two months they had together before jeongguk was leaving for the states was not enough! he’s been pushing his limits with increasingly horny texts and phone calls to seokjin, only barely restrained by the fact that taehyung has some kind of a sex-sense that causes him to burst into the room to enthusiastically cheer him on and ruin the mood. jeongguk is getting to a point of being fine to let taehyung watch if he can just GET OFF WITH HIS BOYFRIEND FOR FUCKS SAKE but jin is not willing to share.

(and also knowing jk is absolutely tortured is objectively hilarious. is it fair jin has his own apartment and can get off without a care after they hang up, and send some implicative evidence just to rile jk up even more?? no. but he looks forward to the revenge jk undoubtedly plans upon his return…)
