are the mikus in can't make a song!!, soul-powered vocalist and skip the formalities the same "character"

I didn't write these songs with the idea of them sharing the same universe but there is something captivating about the idea of a Miku going from singer-roommate to company manager/CEO to omnipresent, all-hearing android or these in any other order.
