licking a tongue with another tongue is like a single movement right? from tip to however deep you can go, but it's a one-way movement. hot and temporary.
sucking a tongue is like. okay i'll just keep my mouth open while you treat my tongue like a popsicle???? for how long??? or if you're the sucker and not the suckee, you've just got an extra wet and malleable muscle wiggling around between your lips?? it's just slightly more awkward to me, which knocks it down a peg :/
