Also the way some portray him as if he molests till every time he sees him... I don't want to see Till hating every sec of his time w ivan or being uncomfy by him 😭 if that was the case in canon I swear he'd had enough self respect to never look back or regret his time w ivan

I love it when artists depict ivan as more childish and happy!! not constantly verbally abused by everyone esp Till 😭... I feel like people depict Till as too mean sometimes and yes I think he has hurt Ivan but not in such a blatant manner. Till can be dumb and crass but he's not that mean!!! Like if I was Ivan in that situation girl I'd think this guy hated me fr fr too. My interpretation of Ivan's feelings and choices in R6 is that yes he has misunderstood the truth of reality in believing Till doesnt care about him, but that's bc he doesn't know how to be loved? The closest he's seen is Mizisua and how happy they are and he clearly knows him and Till aren't like that. It's rooted in his own understanding of the world (autism) and the low self esteem that comes from it bc he believes he's so twisted. And yes he's said hurtful things, and done hurtful things, but he chastises himself too much for them till the end. Speaking as if his feelings are such a bad thing to give till. He never blames Till for the hurt he's done bc to him the problem lies within himself. He gives a pained but understanding/resigned smile when Till ran in the other direction from him. He's not the manipulative guy who will get u into his bed he will be a pathetic whiner when u say no!!
I just wish sometimes Ivan could be extended the same grace ppl give Till for his trauma and bursting emotions bc the amount of times I've seen Ivan apologize to Till but Till never thinking to apologize back even though it was his actions that made Ivan feel unwanted. I'm not blaming Till for it, but in the context of these works I feel like both of them should be remorseful to each other for diff things. I don't want only Tills trauma to be alleviated I want Ivan to be seen as well 🫶 I want his pain to be acknowledged rather than swept under the rug in favour of healing Till and being his pillar of support. Cause that man has his own issues too, that won't be just fixed by Tills reciprocation of love.
But yeah,,, TLDR: depends how mean (and small) Till is depicted and how smug yaoi seme Ivan is.
