what is ur opinion on the acme text editor in plan 9
and also ur opinion on plan 9

i used plan9 as my main OS (along with an android phone) for like a year. really cool in so many ways, but a few progams really hurt to not have.

i used acme at the time and for a while afterwards through plan9port, but now i'm back to emacs.

mouse chording is a great idea also.
