Person A bets they can pull anyone, Person B dares them to pull Person C and offers a large amount of money if they do so. Person A successfully pulls Person C only for them to actually fall in love with Person C, when they do they suggest to keep the relationship a secret.
ohhhh my god i love this trope. ..... i actually.... have a half finished chnlx fic similar to this FLDKFJ it's not exactly the same bc technically it's based loosely off the musical 'dogfight' BUT basically they host a "bet" of sorts to see who can bring the nerdiest/most goody two shoes person to one of their fraternity parties and chn chooses flx but falls in love w him along the way. when flx finds out he obviously breaks things off but ..... yeah.... i love this trope.... perhaps i'll have to finish my chnlx fic and post it hehhehehehe
