i think it would have been ciel ONLY BECAUSE it would be a reaction to his trauma and to show that he's above it by being able to "desire" another being #sebaciel

doctor/ pediatrician sebastian who tells ciel not to eat so much sweets, he touches him for a little too long, complimenting him on his growing body, he looks oh so professional in front of the parents and always gives him a lollipop on the way out

i think it has the potential for some good #sebaciel angst, hurt/no comfort... like imagine sebby using ciel as a blood bag only at first, but he eventually learns about the young man and then he wants to turn him into a vamp, but ciel either doesn't want to, or it's too late to turn him into one
