what do you do when you have an idea for who you wanna draw but struggling with a pose or positioning

i have a lot of anatomy references saved on pinterest, i don’t tend to struggle drawing female anatomy from any position but i like to challenge myself sometimes with more dynamic poses.
since pinterest is also kinda shit for those more risqué poses and other details, i also look at danbooru, its pretty helpful as it has a clear tagging system.
digitally, the distort adjustment is also helpful. bear in mind i use procreate so im not sure if this is named something different on other programs BUT it’s helpful for making things look further away or closer with some other adjustments with the lasso tool.
other than that, coming up with a pose is just sort of natural for me. most of my art is based on music i like, so it’s easy for me to be able to envision a character in a few ways that are fitting to the music. it might be one line of the lyrics, or reflecting the overall theme.
really i’m just somebody who never grew out of the “imagining a character as a cool mv to a song you like” phase.
