I dislike both of these terms but putting that aside, an anime I think is underappreciated is Chibi Maruko-chan: My Favorite Song. That film is phenomenal and everyone owes it to themselves to watch it at least once in their lives. In contrast, I very much dislike Evangelion 3.0+1.0, even though it is widely loved and embraced by most Eva fans. That's a story for another time though.

No, unfortunately! I've only seen 5 episodes but have enjoyed what I've seen. I'm definitely excited to see the rest in the future, whenever that may be.

I honestly can't adequately answer this without it becoming an essay. Doremi is one of those works of art where words fail me every time I try to explain why it means so much to me. It's a story that is so honest, real, and tender in all the right ways, one which has affected me in a way no other anime or work of fiction has in my entire life. It makes me happy to be alive.

Little Witch Academia immediately comes to mind. It's one of those series I feel like can be readily recommended to anyone without any asterisks. It's wholesome, fun, uplifting, and has a little something for everyone.

I don't have a single favorite genre, but I find myself drawn to coming-of-age stories or slice-of-life in particular. I also certainly love the magical girl genre a whole lot!
