How does the “lore” work in your world? Like does everyone have more arms or some sort of body change or is this like a rare thing and most people are human? And is there like a limit to what people can have (ex. 6 or more arms)?

Most folks are just like you and me, but there's more variation around the edges in measurements/extras (and hair colors). My OCs' oddities might be as rare as heterochromia or polydactyly IRL. And yeah maybe there's a 6-armed person out there, idk.
