HDJDJDJ TOO MUCH my english is veeeery clumsy but thank you and the truth is its none of that bc i cant read books it was-....i wanted to watch smosh...then it lead to other youtuber content rhe tv shows etc. That and reading obscure mangas that were not translated to french so i had to make do with the english ones. It really is about just consuming content without being able to understand anything other than body language and slowly building up to it with keywords etc. English is just slightly easier for a bunch of us bc (with a minimum of affinity to it) we're exposed a lot more to it at a much younger age and my native language is close enough to also take off some of the difficulties that learning a new language make you face
