Hi there! Unclaimed prompts are left where they are. Although, there is a possibility that we might do a special round in the future letting writers claim from remaining prompts but that won't be happening until after author reveals. - 🐸

Hi! So you have to claim the prompt on Ao3 in order for the fulfill button to show up. You only need the fulfill button if you are already done writing your fic and are ready to submit it. Hope this helps! - 🐸

i've never participated in a fest before so would it be possible for multiple people to claim one prompt?
as per our rules, prompts can only be claimed by one person. the only prompts that can be claimed by more than one person are self-prompts. - 🐸

Yes, if you claim a self-prompt, finish writing it and submit it before the deadline, you can claim a 2nd self-prompt (or a prompt from the list). You will need to fill out the claim form again for the 2nd claim so that we can keep our records updated. - 🐸

Just wondering is there any reason why one of my prompts might have been deleted? It’s gone completely- as far as I’m aware it didn’t go against any fest rules either. I submitted 5 but only 4 are showing

We tried our best to skim through the list of prompts to make sure that any tv show or movie, specifically, came out in the 90s. If your prompt was deleted that may have been the reason why. - 🦄

I'm a bit confused with the claims (my first time doing this). There are some options that are repeated with different couples (and I haven't decided on the couple yet), can I make a claim for the same series/movie taking advantage of the fact that I have two claims?
Are you asking if you can do the same tv show/movie/etc. that's also in another prompt? I'm a bit confused with what you're asking. I'm sorry! - 🦄

hiii, question... a prompt inspired by titanic wouldn’t be valid, right? ‘cause although the film is from the 90’s, it is set in like 1912 or something. i was just about to submit the prompt and then i was like... wait a minute! and figured it might be best to double check. thank you! <3
Hello! Okay first all myself and mod 🐸 want to say that we’re sorry for not making it clearer in our guidelines what prompts are valid or not valid for the fest. But we want to take this opportunity to give clarification for anyone having a problem with this: In regards to specifically movies or TV shows, you can prompt any movie or show from the 90s that is OR isn’t set in the 90s. The only thing is that if it’s not set in the 90s you HAVE to put a 90s spin on it. Does that make sense? This is a 90s fest.
