what do you do when you can't fall asleep?
Sometimes I'll go and make myself a hot drink. Herbal Teas are pretty good if I'm feeling poorly overnight and I need to calm down a little. Other times I can't do anything but just lie down in bed and hope for the best.
Most of the time I sleep quite well but the odd time where I'm feeling anxious or if I'm really ill I can't bring myself to sleep at all.
