So i’m going to base my thoughts mostly from the Moon Knight 2016 comics, which i recommend everyone to read since it explains jake’s character by a lot! He’s definitely a guy who has his priorities straight and can do his job all the way through. Not 100% a psychopath i think, but a bit of a sadist that kills who he should be killing without hesitation and uses some methods to add more pain to his target. He’s basically marc’s worst self and traits. Even marc acknowledged jake as someone unpredictable and violent (MK 2016 #9). But at the same time he’s also pretty chill off-duty, and after the whole ordeal that is MK 2016 #1-14 where the alters accepted each other, he actually admitted he was trying to change his violent tendencies into milder ones. He’s also pretty considerate, telling marc that he went through /things/ himself and that there are just things that marc just shouldn’t know about, how he needs to trust him more for his own good (MK 2016 #189). Throughout MK 2016 #188-200, he was also shown to care for marc’s mental and physical well-being multiple times which i think is great!

To put it simply, he is the more violent alter that’s true, considering he was made to handle what marc can’t, but at the same time he’s also someone who cares a lot and just wants to protect those near & dear to him!
