people react to negativity about their fave in many different ways, personally, i prefer to avoid fan wars and conflict and it's a rare occasion when i do engage or address a hate tweet. if you see someone expressing negativity about your fave, the best thing to do is block. if their comments cross a line, you can report and block them and don't engage with any of their tweets and instead, focus on sending positive messages to your fave to show your support~
