I HAVE A TON BUT here are some of my main ones for her!!

1) Akiomi used the fair amount of wealth she collected during her modeling career to save up for and purchase a sports car. It is of considerable worth, and she drives it to work every day. Akiomi kept the plastic coverings on the seats (she knows it damages them, but she’s more afraid of the seats getting dirty). She is a big car enthusiast. She loves old-fashioned cars and newer cars equally. When she has time on her hands, she attends auto shows.

Akiomi purchased the sports car a few years after graduating from Yumenosaki to aid with commuting to and from her work and university. She believed that buying the car of her dreams would help her to feel more accomplished and more in tune with the adult world during this time in her life where she was quite alone - it did not.
Though now that she’s able to fully enjoy her life through a lens that doesn’t involve trying to fill the hole that Jin’s departure left in her heart, that sports car is her pride and joy. She greatly fears it getting damaged and doesn’t even do as little as allow Jin to touch the door handle when Akiomi offers to drive him places.

2) Akiomi’s glasses do not have lenses in them - they are meant for fashion.

Like Makoto, Akiomi wears his glasses as a way to separate her current self from her past self. She wishes to hide from those people who harassed her endlessly in the past by disguising her appearance.
If you went to your pharmacy, you would find the exact same glasses that Akiomi has. Cosplaying her is super easy, and her reactions are hilarious!! (Would not recommend it unless you want to get put in detention).
Akiomi takes everything 100% seriously all of the time. Because of this, most jokes tend to fly over her head. She also finds jokes annoying for this reason.
This is a trait retained from childhood, where much of Jin’s sarcasm would be taken seriously by young Akiomi.

3) She has basic cooking skills. Very basic.

The dishes she makes are bland. She does not season them (mostly because she doesn’t know how) and she likes them that way.
Akiomi’s preferred food types in order are: Savory, Salty, Sour, Spicy, Sweet. Savory and salty are both traits of her favorite food, Spaghetti Alle Vongole. Her favorite drink to accompany it with, white wine, is known for being acidic - sour.
Akiomi likes sweets in moderation. One of her co-workers, Seiya Hidaka, periodically brings her back cherry based dishes from her trips, which are known for being remarkably sweet.

4) Akiomi is fluent in English. She has also taken extra time to train herself to recognize certain obscene words as well (this is so that no un-idol-like conversation gets past her, no matter what language it's happening in).

Akiomi is fluent in both Spanish and Italian, which were taught to her by Jin and Izumi respectively. Though she only speaks it to vent to herself when she’s particularly angry at someone or something, she is able to hold a conversation with another fluent speaker as well.
