What if you suddenly started rapidly growing with aliens inside a mall or something about a week after a long night of alien impregnation, swiftly hiding in the bathroom and calling your friend to help and pick you up, already looking full term with quads by the time they arrive to pick you up, needing to put you in the bed of their truck because you wouldn't fit in the front, taking you to their house and carrying you up to the attic where you can gestate in peace, not realizing just how many of them were growing inside of you.
That's a fantastic friend in this scenario. I love the idea of hiding in the bathroom stall watching my belly rapidly swelling with alien life until I can barely get myself out of it. Then just panting in the attic as I feel the aliens getting bigger and more active in my womb, wondering how big I will be once I'm done gestating.
