Oh man let's see, 5 years ago was 2019, I remember I started my first year of university at that time (actual university, not community college) and it was a pretty tough time for me.

I would tell myself to take more risks and put myself out there, whether it's with people or just opportunities in general, that I'm actually capable of so much more than I think and that the thing that's holding me back the most is me and my self doubt. I would also tell myself to love myself more.
